Our consultants are experienced in the practice and delivery of Vocational Rehabilitation, through various models such as public employment programmes, insurance rehabilitation, residential training and care, case management, in NGO, community and commercial settings, through group and individual work..
We have helped to set up companies and to guide policy and action.
We have helped governments and local authorities to run pilot projects and to decide policy.
We have participated as partners or leaders in numerous UK and EU projects.
We are able to advise on employment in individual cases, or to recommend suitable service providers.
Our aim is to help the people we work with to use our experience as if it were their own, so they can be confident of the success of their plans.
As trainers, we empower and inform students, teaching skills for the job. As employment advisors, we motivate clients and employers, and provide support for them to achieve their goals. As consultants, we analyse each situation with the customer, to give them relevant and tailored advice.
This means we do not supply ready made training, proposals or advice; everything we do is led by the customer’s needs. We believe in and practice good communication. Clear language, adequate to the circumstances and free from jargon, is important to us.
We work to the standards of the UK Vocational Rehabilitation Association, and apply
